ClutterBrain accepts orders on a 24/7 basis. Orders are generally shipped within 5 business days; it is possible that shipments may occur as early as 24 hours after purchase.

Currently, notable delays exist in the supply chain due to COVID-19. This may delay shipment on a variety of items. For details please visit the Shipping Delay Announcement page.

Processing

Transactions are processed in the order in which they are received.

Damaged Packages and Returns

Items are carefully packaged to prevent damage. However, during transit by shipping companies (i.e., USPS, Fedex, UPS, DHL, etc.) it is possible that the items arrive damaged. Though we are not responsible for the misfortune, we are committed to customer satisfaction. Please send an email to support@clutterbrain.com entitled "Shipping Damage" with the order number and a picture of the damage so we can resolve the issue.

We accept returns under the right circumstances. For instance, if there is shipping damage, if you received the wrong item, etc. Under these circumstances, provided that the items are eligible, we will either provide an exchange or refund for the item(s). Cancellations

Cancellation requests that are received prior to product shipment will be honored. We will cancel the order and provide a full refund immediately.
