2. What do I do if my shipment arrives damaged?

Send an email entitled "Shipping Damage" with the order number and a picture of the damage to support@clutterbrain.com so we can resolve the issue.

3. What do I do if I need to update my shipping address or cancel my order?

Send us an email entitled "Shipping Address Update" with the order number to support@clutterbrain.com. If we do not receive your email prior to shipping the shipment will be sent to the location on file, so make sure to contact us immediately.

4. What should I do if I accidentally ordered the wrong product?

Contact us as soon as possible at support@clutterbrain.com.
